1. Responsible party
The person responsible for the accreditation procedure in terms of data protection law is

2. Visit to our shop system
When you visit our shop system, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted
IP address of the requesting computer
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the retrieved file
Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider
We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. This lies in the proper and secure operation of our shop system.
We will delete your data after 14 days.
3. Booking of media services
You have the option of booking media services for your trade fair appearance via the shop system provided by us. The following personal data will be processed:
First name and surname
Company name
Business address
Business e-mail address
Booked service
We process this data to fulfil the contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
We delete your data at the end of the third year following the year in which the contract was concluded. If we are obliged to keep your data for longer due to tax regulations from the German Fiscal Code and the German Commercial Code, we will delete it after 10 years at the latest.
4. Provision of infomration for the booked service
You can provide us with information that we require to fulfil our contractual obligations via the Customer CMS. The following personal data will be processed:
First name and surname
Company name
contact details
photograph
Job description
We process this data to fulfil the contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
If you enter data from third parties (e.g. employees), you are obliged to inform them about the data processing.
5 Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on the data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as if this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
In particular, our technical service provider adesso SE may have access to your data to the extent necessary in the context of support services.
6. Rights of the data subject
In accordance with Articles 15 to 18, 20 and 21 GDPR, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of you personal data by us with the

If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time for the future in accordance with At. 7 para. 3 GDPR, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
